Who we are

Order Desk is made by Overdrive Software LLC, 4865 Antrim Drive, Sarasota, FL 34240. When you make an account, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy says what we keep and why.

It is free

The tool costs nothing. There is no card on file and no trial that turns into a bill.

It comes as is

We work hard to keep it running well. But we give it to you as is. We do not promise it will always be up, fast, or free of bugs. Keep your own copy of orders you cannot lose. You can export a CSV any time.

Your account and your data

• Keep your password safe. You are in charge of what happens in your account.
• The orders you type in are yours. We only use them to run your board.
• The board owner picks who is on the board and can remove people.
• You can delete your account or your board at any time.

Fair use

Do not use the tool to break the law, send spam, or harm others. Do not try to break into it or slow it down. If you do, we may close your account.

If we change or end the free tool

We may change the tool or stop it. If we stop it, we will email you at least 30 days before. You will have that time to export your orders as a CSV.

Limits

As far as the law allows, we are not on the hook for lost orders, lost sales, or other harm from using the tool. If we ever owe you money, the most we owe is $100.

The law we follow

These terms follow Florida law. Any case goes to the courts in Sarasota County, Florida.
